We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact Malika, Owner of Couture For You, for approval before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items showing wear, damage, makeup, perfume, or alterations will be refused.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged:

All items in the Clearance Collection

All white clothing items

Lace or delicate fabrics.

Body suits, lingerie, swimwear

Accessories

Thin or intimate style garments 

Sale, discounted, or promotional items

Return Shipping

All approved returns must be shipped via UPS only.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Couture For You does not provide return labels. In return we will ship back exchange item FREE of charge. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. If you did not receive your package contact UPS and file a claim.
