Customers have 24 to 48 hours to exchange item(s). If the item is not returned in the timeframe given the exchange WILL NOT be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns must be in great condition, if the item has any stains, rips, odd smells, it WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 IS NOT VALID WHEN WE ARE HAVING HUGE SALES. ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS 35% OFF OR MORE.

SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK

All items must be shipped back thru USPS. The item must be returned within 3 days from delivery date.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on white merchandise. 

Please make sure you contact us before sending any merchandise back to us. Once we've spoken and approved of the return, the return address will be provided. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. 

 

We ARE NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect provided addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
