All approved returns must be shipped exclusively through UPS.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.
Couture For You does not provide return shipping labels.
Returns sent using carriers other than UPS may be refused.
For your protection, we highly recommend shipping with tracking and keeping your UPS receipt until your return has been confirmed.

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise
Items sent back without prior approval
